Strictly skin deep

Pride and Prejudice,August 1796

"Elizabeth continued her walk alone, crossing field after field at a quick pace, jumping over stiles and springing over puddles with impatient activity, and finding herself at last within view of the house, with weary ankles, dirty stockings, and a face glowing with the warmth of exercise".
Despite Miss Bingley's Persistent attempt to embarrass Jane in front of Mr.Darcy, all he could notice was the glow on Jane's face as the result of walking three miles in the rain. The dirty clothes couldn't make her less attractive in the eyes of the most eligible bachelor in England in the late 18th Century-and for that matter-to date.
The point is,its hard to ignore the fact that having perfect skin is a desire set deep down in the core of every woman's heart.Superficial,it may be,but it resides in there.Likewise, when i found myself searching for a passion that kept my soul alive,my heart wandered, but landed on the dream to work towards a perfect outward appearance.NO! you cant judge me now, since I have cleared everything up in the beginning. The blog is called "Superficial" for a reason :)
When I find myself surfing different websites on "how to" beauty articles,I have no sense of blood gushing up and down my veins faster, making my cheeks turn red in shame, not that i wouldn't appreciate that tint of natural color ;).I feel satisfied instead.
So ladies, first things first. This blog begins with self appreciation, meddles with every thought of low self esteem, works its way through minor scars left by stubborn acne and covers all tips to conquer hearts of every Mr.Darcy out there. Not that there are many left anyway!
Since we all know,or i hope we all do,every facial care  routine begins with opening up pores with a good quality toner.I hope this post worked as one.Keep checking in for the next step towards a beautiful you! XOXO
